Managed Compliance Services Provider of the Year
This award recognises a managed service provider that has delivered outstanding outsourced compliance, risk or financial crime support to its clients.
Whether supporting compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, regulatory change management, controls testing, governance activities, AML operations, onboarding, KYC, transaction monitoring, MLRO support or broader compliance activities, successful entrants will demonstrate how their services have helped clients manage risk, strengthen compliance and achieve better business outcomes. Judges will be looking for evidence of service excellence, innovation, client partnership and measurable impact.
This category is intended for organisations delivering ongoing outsourced or managed services rather than primarily advisory, consulting or legal advisory engagements.
Eligibility
- Open to organisations providing outsourced compliance, risk or financial crime services.
- Entries should be based on a specific client engagement, managed service relationship or defined programme of work that demonstrates the value delivered to the client.
- Entries must reflect work delivered within the last 12-18 months.
- Services must be delivered to organisations operating within Europe.
Criteria
- Your submission needs to respond to the 3 criteria sections: Spirit, Approach and Outcome.
- You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (30 points in total).
- Questions are suggested in each criteria section. These are prompts to help you think about the evidence that will help judges to best assess your entry. You do not need to address all questions, please use them as a guide.
- The 4th criteria section Validation is optional and is your opportunity to provide supporting documents to further demonstrate to judges why your submission should win. You can submit up to 3 supporting documents.

Approach: Describe how your organisation delivers value for clients
You may wish to include examples of:

- How you build trusted and collaborative client relationships

- Use of technology, automation, analytics or innovation
- Flexibility and scalability of the service model
- How you respond to changing regulatory requirements
- Examples of going above and beyond to support clients
- Investments in people, expertise and continuous improvement
- Judges will be particularly interested in evidence that the organisation acts as a genuine extension of the client's compliance or financial crime function.
Outcome: Demonstrate the value delivered to clients through your managed service
Evidence may include:
- Improvements in compliance effectiveness or financial crime controls
- Increased efficiency, scalability or operational resilience
- Successful delivery of outsourced compliance or financial crime activities
- Enhanced regulatory readiness or risk management capability
- Positive client feedback and retention rates
- Quantifiable business benefits or cost efficiencies
- Examples of long-term, strategic value delivered to clients
- Growth, expansion or development of the managed service offering
- Both quantitative and qualitative evidence are welcome.
