FinCrime Tech Partner of the Year

This award recognises a technology partner that delivers exceptional value to clients through innovative financial crime solutions, collaborative relationships and measurable business impact. Entrants should demonstrate not only the strength of their technology, but also how they work with clients to implement, optimise and evolve solutions that help organisations prevent, detect and respond to financial crime. 

Judges will look for technology partners that combine innovative solutions, exceptional client service and collaborative approaches to deliver measurable outcomes, solve client challenges and strengthen financial crime prevention.

Eligibility

  • Open to technology firms providing financial crime prevention solutions. 
  • Submissions should focus on a specific client engagement, partnership, implementation or programme of work that demonstrates the value delivered by the technology provider. 
  • Entries must reflect achievements within the last 12-18 months. 
  • Services or solutions must be delivered to organisations operating within Europe. 

Criteria

  • Your submission needs to respond to the 3 criteria sections: Spirit, Approach and Outcome.
  • You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (30 points in total).
  • Questions are suggested in each criteria section. These are prompts to help you think about the evidence that will help judges to best assess your entry. You do not need to address all questions, please use them as a guide.
  • The 4th criteria section Validation is optional and is your opportunity to provide supporting documents to further demonstrate to judges why your submission should win. You can submit up to 3 supporting documents.  

 

Spirit: Introduce your firm, your technology offering and the role you play as a trusted partner to your clients 

Please include details such as:

  • A brief overview of your technology, platform or solution 
  • The financial crime challenges your solution addresses 
  • The sectors or organisations using your solution 
  • How your organisation differentiates itself as a strategic partner rather than solely a technology provider 
  • Why your technology represents a standout example of innovation and impact within financial crime prevention

 

Approach: Describe how your firm delivers value through the implementation and support of your technology

Please address some or all of the following:

  • How your solution supports AML, fraud, sanctions, KYC, CDD, transaction monitoring or broader financial crime prevention objectives 
  • Your approach to collaboration with clients, users or implementation partners 
  • Specific innovations, enhancements or product developments introduced in the last 12–18 months 
  • How your team ensures scalability, adaptability and future-proofing 
  • Examples of going above and beyond to support client success 
  • How you build and maintain successful long-term client relationships 
  • How you support clients beyond implementation through training, advisory support, ongoing optimisation or thought leadership 
  • Examples of responsiveness, flexibility or partnership during client challenges

 

Outcome: Demonstrate the measurable impact of your partnership and technology

Please include information, such as:

  • Key achievements, milestones or performance improvements 
  • Quantitative or qualitative evidence of impact 
  • Improvements in financial crime detection, prevention, investigation or operational efficiency 
  • How your solution delivers sustainable value to clients 
  • Long-term benefits enabled by your technology

 

Validation (Optional): Support your entry with any further information to show the judges why your organisation deserves to win

Examples include:

  • Evidence of client satisfaction, retention, growth or expansion of the relationship 
  • Testimonials or examples that demonstrate the value of your partnership approach 
  • Performance reports, dashboards, or benchmarking data 
  • External recognition (eg awards, media coverage, regulator feedback) 
  • You may submit up to three supporting documents for this section.
