Change and culture

Today's speakers on the Main Stage will be discussing key aspects of change and culture within compliance. Our speakers today include: Jamil Qureshi, performance coach, author and psychologist, discussing how to maximise potential in times of change; David Blunt, Head of the Conduct Specialists Department in Supervision at the FCA, who will be looking at the evolving nature of culture; and finally Paul Asare-Archer, Director of Compliance for O2, who will discuss how to build and sustain an effective compliance culture. Communication

On today's Main Stage our guest speakers discuss a number of key aspects of Communication. Our line-up today includes: Tony Cosgrove and Stewart Rhys Thomas, co-founders of internal communication specialists Masgroves; Shaun Hurst, the International Technical director for Smarsh, who will be exploring Communications Compliance and regulatory Risk; and finally, freelance financial writer, blogger, speaker, commentator and broadcaster, Iona Bain takes us through communicating with young customers and workers. Operational Risk

It's the final day of the fesitival and today's sessions on the Main Stage include: Preparing data and ethics breaches with Linda Thieolvá from One Trust; and rounding off the day we have a panel discussion looking at managing risk in changing times with Stephen Purdie, Sara Cerminara, Mike Melia, and Colin Christie. People, Profit and Planet

It's day seven and here we focus on our theme of People, Proft and Planet. Our sessions on the Main Stage today include: Key tips for building positive mental health with Peter Larkum; A panel discussion around change and sustainability within the world of compliance. Panelists include Rob Dagg, Ndidi Njoku, Daniel Chang and Jason Holt; and finally James Wood-Rickett guides us through the global issue of wildlife traffiking. Financial Crime

Today's Main Stage sees discussion turn to Financial Crime. Our line-up includes: Arun Chauhan walking us through the intricacies of leadership, culture and fraud; Martin Woods interviews Robert Wood and Bob Mazur, taking a look at this year and what that has meant for AML; and rounding off the day, ICA's Tim Tyer identifies three urgent challenges facing the compliance industry. Leadership

Day five of the festival sees Leadership as our theme. Our sessions on the Main Stage include: A panel discussion focussing on leading in a changing environment with Fiona Hipkiss, Jessica Cook and Brandon Daniels; following that, Donald McPherson walks us through emotional intelligence in top management; and finally we explore mental toughness with Penny Mallory. Regtech

On todays Main Stage we bring you: a panel session discussion between Wasseem Abdulhag, Chris McDonagh, Tarek Howayek and Luma Zitani; The potential approaches to automating compliance activities, with Robert Luu of Galvanize; and finally our day concludes with Christian Broere and Aofie May of Wolters Kluwera showing what happens when Risktech meets Regtech. Fraud

Fraud is our theme of today. Our speakers on the Main Stage include: Omri Kletter from Bottomline, looking at the fight against fraud and financial crime; from The Dark Money Files Ltd., Graham Barrow joins us to look at UK legal entities involved in the laundromat money laundering scandal; and to round off our third day Andrew Clarke will consider fraud risks created by the ongoing pandemic.
